Baby Bio: This male is awesome! I know it is super early, but there are things about him I like so much! I feel like you can tell that he is a cross immediately upon looking at him. He just has so much cool stuff going on that isn’t necessarily specific to one locale. There are Ambanja qualities to him AND Ambilobe qualities. The color is still very baby but I love what we are starting to see! There is this beautiful red blushing on his underbelly, which definitely reminds me of his extremely red Ambilobe grandpa. His pattern, and also his structure reminds me more of his Ambanja side! Especially the depth of blue in his bars. Something that I found kind of adorable about him was his ultra round face. This isn’t a typical Ambanja quality (they usually have a pointier more angular face), but his grandpa Lelafo also had an ultra round face. I can’t help but chuckle thinking that he has inherited his grandpa’s facial structure despite his angular Ambanja genes. I love it! He also has super pronounced spikes, which I thought was a really unique quality! His personality is kind of all over the map. When I first got him out in front of the camera, it was GO TIME. He got all tough and did his best puffer fish impression for the first couple minutes. Eventually, he ended up simmering right down and was actually very calm and relaxed when the camera was on him. I liked getting to see both sides of him!

About this pairing: F10-CG17
Locale Breakdown: 50% Ambanja + 50% Ambilobe
Oh my gosh, what a FUN locale cross pairing! Not only are these our first from our beloved Prince Imrahil, but with all that they have going on in their family tree?! These babies should be WILD! Think "blue on blue" Ambanja meets "red on red" Ambilobe! The possibilities are so much fun, I can hardly wait!
