Baby Bio: I was so happy to get the opportunity to take update photos of his little champion! He left such a lasting impression on me during his first shoot, it is really cute to see how he has developed over the last couple weeks! He has had a major growth spurt and has developed a ton of color since his last shoot! It really is amazing how fast these little guys grow and change when they are in this age category. All I could think was how much of a natural he was when I had him out for pictures. He posed and postured like he was born to be in front of the camera! And then I looked back at his old baby bio and realized that I had made a big note on that at that time as well! “He is so poised, you almost get the sense that he knows he is pretty!” Hilarious how this still very much applies! His personality seems pretty cool too! He never gave me a hard time whatsoever. I would say he has a little bit of a sassy side to him sometimes, but nothing crazy. He is just fabulous!

About This Pairing (F11-CG17): Uh oh. There are certain pairings where you just know....you just KNOW the offspring are going to be off the chain. I can already see it now, the going around and around in circles when it's time to try to select a keeper! Both Flaming River AND his mate Red Riding Hood bring so much heat to the table...it's hard to imagine these babies being anything less than incredible! As you may have guessed, our hope is for lots of red! Oranges and yellows would be nice as well! We are hoping this pairing will produce some little fireballs for us :).

UVB Lighting: Depending on cage size, we typically use T5 HO Reptisun 5.0 with a basking distance of 10 - 12 inches. 

Temperatures: We provide a small, designated basking area under your heat bulb of approximately 88-92°F with cooler areas available throughout the enclosure. Ambient room temperature in the 70's is great!

Hydration: We recommend one longer morning misting session (5-10 minutes) approximately 30-60 minutes after lights come on, along with 2-3 shorter misting sessions spread throughout the day. Our goal is to provide multiple daily drinking opportunities + humidity spikes while allowing the enclosure to dry between mistings.

Feeding: Currently eating 1/4” crickets. Fed 6 days per week, approximately 10-15 insects per feeding. Crickets are dusted lightly with Repashy's Calcium Plus and gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits/veggies.
