  • There is a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee for any/each chameleon we have removed from availability to others, and is canceled prior to shipping.

  • 100% guarantee on the sex of your baby chameleon.

  • Our chameleons are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight with an arrival time by 10:30 am to most areas within the United States (depending on your zip code). Extreme weather conditions or deliveries expected later than 10:30 am, will require pick up at your closest FEDEX Ship Center (which is a hub - not a print/shp center such as Kinko's). Our live shipment schedule is Monday - Wednesday for Tuesday - Thursday arrival. Overnight shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Orders will be confirmed prior to shipping. We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F.

  • We have a 5 day health guarantee, beginning the day your chameleon arrives.  We must be notified of any health problem or concern, within this 5 day period in order to maintain your warranty.  At NO TIME are our chameleons guaranteed against health issues resulting from improper husbandry practices, nor mysterious, accidental or traumatic sudden death.

  • All DOA claims must be made within 24 hours of arrival.  In order to obtain credit, you must save the animal's body for further instructions. DOA's or exchanges will be replaced with the same type of animal or an animal of equal value (new shipping charges to be covered by the customer).  

  • Cages and dry goods are sent weekly via FEDEX Ground and take from 1-5 business days to arrive (depending on your zip code). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Dry goods may or may not have manufacturer guarantees.  Check manufactures' packaging for full details.  Dry goods which are found to be defective, will be replaced by the manufacturer.  Any dry goods damaged during shipping, will be replaced by Kammerflage Kreations pending a damage claim made with the carrier (FEDEX)..  Defective or damaged goods must be retained for possible return/inspection to either the manufacturer or the carrier (FEDEX).

    here is a 10% restocking fee and no refund on original shipping costs.  The expense of returning these items, is the customer's responsibility.  Returned items must be in brand new condition and their original, unopened packaging.  We sell only BRAND NEW GOODS.  Nothing which is returned to us opened, used or taken out of its original packaging, will be refunded.
