Baby Bio: When my dad surprised me, telling me that we had a random hatchling from this sire to photograph, I cannot overstate how happy I was! Nite Owl retired some time ago, and I had thought that we had seen the last of his offspring. This was definitely somewhat of a surprise, a very small clutch, and just the sweetest little trip down memory lane. This baby is tremendous. Just as cute as can be with such a chill, easy-going demeanor! He was so chipper during our little photo shoot and just didn’t seem to have a worry in the world! He stayed bright and beautiful, and even though he is tiny, he is already showing truly outstanding color! That had always been a common theme in Nite Owl babies! So cute seeing it, well after his papa’s retirement. It’s hard to say what he is going to end up looking like! I definitely feel like I see some of mom’s red body influence in him, but at the same time, Nite Owl has produced quite a few offspring that started out with more of an orange or even reddish body as well! Most notably, Tequila Sunrise who was a total orange body baby well into his "teenage" stage. It's always been very surprising since that is not what Nite Owl looks like at all! And the majority of them do end up turning more multicolored in time, but this one really does seem to be trending red/orange. Whatever he turns into, I know he is going to be nothing short of amazing! I am going to have to insist that his new family sends me update photos because I am now personally invested in seeing how this little one turns out!

Oh. My. Lanta. A surprise group from Nite Owl?!! Yes please?!! Nite Owl retired some time ago, and I had thought that we had seen the last of his offspring! I try so hard to not play favorites but Nite Owl....he makes that very difficult. I just love the guy, what can I say?! And with Sira....good grief! We are combining two seriously heavy hitting Kammerflage bloodlines with Nite Owl and a daughter of the legendary Braveheart...I honestly have no idea what to expect! I just know these babies should be INCREDIBLE! I am so happy!

Appropriate Cricket Size/Feeding Schedule:  1/4 - 1/2" sized crickets to start
Currently eating 6 days a week, around 10 - 15 crickets per feeding. We dust our crickets with Repashy's Calcium Plus before feeding them out. All of our bugs are also gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits and vegetables.
