Baby Bio: I have been so excited about this 50/50 locale cross pairing! It’s one of those groups where there are tons of possibilities! Of course all sorts of surprises can occur, especially with these being crosses, but the idea of red body blue bar meets high blue Ambanja is just really fun to me! And this baby, oh my GOSH. Literally the cutest little flea there ever was 😭 (flea is a term of endearment in my family). He is tiny and just beyond precious and at the perfect age and size for any of our customers who would really like to experience as much of the grow-up/glow-up process as possible. And even though he is only at the beginning, the colors that he is starting to show are so beautiful! He has these bold and vibrant reds and oranges, as well as some beautiful blues that are starting to show as well! I wasn’t able to pick it up with my camera as nicely as I would’ve liked, but he actually has this really pretty turquoise overlay that is strong at times and more subtle at others. His personality was just great too. Curious, cute, never seemed even a little bit bothered. I think he is just fantastic!

About This Pairing (F10-CG17 Locale Cross Group) - 50% Ambilobe + 50% Ambanja: Ok are you kidding me?! I'm always so excited about our locale cross pairings but this one?!! This one may actually take the cake!! There are so many fun possibilities, as is in the nature of locale cross pairings. But with the blues that mama's side is clearly known for AND the blues that dad's side is also known for...I think this should be super cool! Whoever ends up with one of these little ones MUST send us pictures! I am invested!

See our *Simple Setup Video* for all of the essentials!!

UVB Lighting: Depending on cage size, we typically use T5 HO Reptisun 5.0 with a basking distance of 10 - 12 inches.

Temperatures: We provide a small, designated basking area under your heat bulb of approximately 88-92°F with cooler areas available throughout the enclosure. Ambient room temperature in the 70's is great!

Hydration: We recommend one longer morning misting session (5-10 minutes) approximately 30-60 minutes after lights come on, along with 2-3 shorter misting sessions spread throughout the day. Our goal is to provide multiple daily drinking opportunities + humidity spikes while allowing the enclosure to dry between mistings.

Feeding: Currently eating 1/4” crickets. Fed 6 days per week, approximately 10-15 insects per feeding. Crickets are dusted lightly with Repashy's Calcium Plus and gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits and veggies.

*Care Guide: Good care and housing are KEY to a panther chameleon's health and happiness! Keeping husbandry familiar helps them acclimate smoothly and successfully, so if you're considering one of our Kreations, please take a look at our COMPLETE care guide!
