Baby Bio: Absolute show stopper from Tranquility and Shortbread! This boy has so many incredible qualities to love! I couldn’t believe his range when I had him out. Sometimes he is like a tropical sunset, very much giving fancy drink with an umbrella in it while on the beach kind of vibes. But he will totally switch it up from moment to moment! I saw incredible contrast too, even to the point where he got some black in his bars. He has traditional bars on the one side and the non-traditional bars on the other! I’m so happy that so many of the offspring from this pairing have had that feature! I love it! Personality-wise, I will say this. He is tranquil, unless perhaps you are wearing red lipstick LOL! At least that seemed to be my experience with him. He would take one look at my face and totally go into puffer fish mode! It is really funny what some of them react so strongly to, and my guess is that as long as you are not wearing the dreaded red lipstick, you will probably have more success making friends with him! In any case, even if he does have a little bit of a kick to him, he is at a wonderful age to start doing some trust building with! And even if he had some choice words for me, he gets a 10/10 from me!

About this pairing (F10-CG15): Tranquility and Shortbread, sitting in a tree! Can I just say...I don't think I could be more excited about this fiery pairing! There are SO many fun possibilities, it's hard to overstate how cool these little guys and gals really should be! With yellow being a huge priority...both sides of the family tree are known for it! We are also excited about the possibility of red bars in some of the males from this clutch. There is plenty of blue bar potential too! We just love that mom's side brings some red bar influence as well!

UVB Lighting: Depending on cage size, we typically use T5 HO Reptisun 5.0 with a basking distance of 10 - 12 inches. 

Temperatures: We provide a small, designated basking area under your heat bulb of approximately 88-92°F with cooler areas available throughout the enclosure. Ambient room temperature in the 70's is great!

Hydration: We recommend one longer morning misting session (5-10 minutes) approximately 30-60 minutes after lights come on, along with 2-3 shorter misting sessions spread throughout the day. Our goal is to provide multiple daily drinking opportunities + humidity spikes while allowing the enclosure to dry between mistings.

Feeding: Currently eating 1/4” crickets. Fed 6 days per week, approximately 10-15 insects per feeding. Crickets are dusted lightly with Repashy's Calcium Plus and gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits and veggies.
