Baby Bio: Oh my gosh, I am so intrigued by this boy!!! He's so light and pastel looking! If he were a ball python, he would almost certainly be labeled as some sort of fancy "ghost" or "pastel-phase". After spending a couple short moments with him, I couldn’t help but think to myself…”is little man going though a premature winter funk?!” It’s not common for us to see it in chameleons in his age range, but who’s to say that isn’t exactly what is happening?! For those who follow us on social media, he reminded me so much of our Gold Rush AND of our Handsome Squidward, LOL! Bri speculation aside, whatever it is that he’s doing, being a sucker for light pastel colors...I am completely obsessed! Also, now I am fully invested so whoever ends up giving him his forever home must promise to keep me posted with occasional updates! Personality seems great as well! I found him to be very mild-mannered and easy-going for the most part. He will puff up on occasion but overall, he was a really good sport as I had him out for quite some time, trying to document his look. He really just gets a 10 out of 10 from me!

Cosmetic Note: There is a subtle cosmetic change to one eye from a previous, fully healed injury. A small amount of pigmentation and scar tissue may be slightly visible from certain angles, but there are no effects on vision, eye movement, or overall health. 



About This Pairing (F11-CG16 Ambilobe Group): We love Son Owl! He's our Nite Owl mini-me and we could not be more excited to have him on our team! He has some big shoes (or "mittens") to fill, but we have faith in him and so far, he has been doing an most excellent job! With his latest group, we are hoping for a pretty serious yellow boost! His mate "Inverted Dream" is a daughter of the legendary "Rascal" so we are feeling strongly that these babies should be quite outstanding!

UVB Lighting: Depending on cage size, we typically use T5 HO Reptisun 5.0 with a basking distance of 10 - 12 inches. 

Temperatures: We provide a small, designated basking area under your heat bulb of approximately 88-92°F with cooler areas available throughout the enclosure. Ambient room temperature in the 70's is great!

Hydration: We recommend one longer morning misting session (5-10 minutes) approximately 30-60 minutes after lights come on, along with 2-3 shorter misting sessions spread throughout the day. Our goal is to provide multiple daily drinking opportunities + humidity spikes while allowing the enclosure to dry between mistings.

Feeding: Currently eating 1/4” crickets. Fed 6 days per week, approximately 10-15 insects per feeding. Crickets are dusted lightly with Repashy's Calcium Plus and gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits/veggies.
