Baby Bio: Champion! Absolute champion! This baby was so much fun to photograph! He is small, but he has a huge presence and personality! There were moments, especially at the beginning of our shoot, where he definitely got a little sassy when the camera was on him. That said, he doesn’t strike me as being spicy necessarily! Just bold and confident. He is so poised, you almost get the sense that he knows he is pretty. And even though he is small and still very young, the colors that he is starting to develop are beautiful. As of now, he has red bars! Rejoice! This is something that surprisingly has been lacking in babies from this extremely red bar father. Many of his offspring have ended up with blue bars! So, while it is way too early to know which direction he will ultimately land, I am thrilled to see red bars as of now!

About This Pairing (F11-CG17): Uh oh. There are certain pairings where you just know....you just KNOW the offspring are going to be off the chain. I can already see it now, the going around and around in circles when it's time to try to select a keeper! Both Flaming River AND his mate Red Riding Hood bring so much heat to the table...it's hard to imagine these babies being anything less than incredible! As you may have guessed, our hope is for lots of red! Oranges and yellows would be nice as well! We are hoping this pairing will produce some little fireballs for us :).

Feeding Guide/Cricket Size:  1/4" sized crickets to start
Currently eating 6 days a week, around 10 - 15 crickets per feeding. We dust our crickets with Repashy's Calcium Plus before feeding them out. All of our bugs are also gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits and vegetables.
