Baby Bio:  Project Blue Book, where to even start with this absolute hunk of an Ambilobe panther chameleon?! A proven Ambilobe breeder at Kammerflage, it’s not common for us to make one of our breeders available, or even an adult for that matter. While we can’t say for sure that he is putting himself into early retirement just yet, we would love to see him go to a wonderful home where he can be a beautiful pet for the right family. He is at a fantastic age for it! At just over a year old, he really is in his prime and for as much as we will miss seeing his handsome face at the Kammerflage HQ, we feel like it is the perfect time for him to find his forever home.
Personality-wise, he is definitely a little spicy! He is very aware of his surroundings and super observant. When photographing him, as soon as he locks eyes with the camera, it is ON. He goes wild! I will add, he can get a little spicy with us as well! This is not to say that he cannot be worked with, but if he ends up being more of a “looks, don’t touch” kind of pet for his new family, we do not think he would mind that either :). For the person who falls in love with Mr. Blue Book, if you do wish to work with him, our recommendation would be to start slow. He is an enthusiastic eater, so building trust with yummy feeders could absolutely be your gateway to a good, lasting friendship.
And looks-wise, what can I even say!? His gorgeous coloring and super unique pattern…I could go on and on. He is so stinking beautiful, it's hard to put into words, so hopefully the photos will do him justice!

NOTE: As a slightly older individual who is very much set in his routine, it is especially important to keep things familiar as he transitions into his new home. This is always something we recommend, whether starting with a baby or an older individual, but we find it to be extra important for chameleons in his age category. Panther chameleons are creatures of habit who thrive on familiarity, so by keeping his care consistent and setting him up similarly to how he has lived here with us, you are setting him up for success. So much love for our Pristine! As his name would suggest, he is absolutely pristine in both his looks AND personality. At least he is in our eyes! Adding a little Teti-dratsy (AKA Conspiracy) to the equation and this combination of bloodlines should be outrageous! A big theme for both sides is lots and lots of yellow so we are very hopeful that the kiddos will lean into that as well. Can't wait to see what they are all about!

Appropriate Cricket Size/Feeding Schedule: 3/4" - grown crickets 
Currently eating 5 days a week, around 10 - 15 crickets per feeding. We dust our crickets with Repashy's Calcium Plus before feeding them out. All of our bugs are also gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits and vegetables.
