About This Pairing (F11-CG16 Ambilobe Group): We love Son Owl! He's our Nite Owl mini-me and we could not be more excited to have more little owlets coming our way! And this time, with a daughter of Pineapple Express?!! Um?!!!!!!!!! It's one of those groups that has me stressed out because I already know I am going to be wanting to keep them all to myself! Hoping for some strikingly gorgeous colors with some extra emphasis on the yellows! Time will tell but I'm sure these little ones are going to be outstanding!

UVB Lighting: Depending on cage size, we typically use T5 HO Reptisun 5.0 with a basking distance of 10 - 12 inches. 

Temperatures: We provide a small, designated basking area under your heat bulb of approximately 88-92°F with cooler areas available throughout the enclosure. Ambient room temperature in the 70's is great!

Hydration: We recommend one longer morning misting session (5-10 minutes) approximately 30-60 minutes after lights come on, along with 2-3 shorter misting sessions spread throughout the day. Our goal is to provide multiple daily drinking opportunities + humidity spikes while allowing the enclosure to dry between mistings.

Feeding: Currently eating 1/4” crickets. Fed 6 days per week, approximately 10-15 insects per feeding. Crickets are dusted lightly with Repashy's Calcium Plus and gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits/veggies.
