About This Pairing (F11-CG17 Ambilobe Group): Oh my gosh, we are SO happy to have Tequila Gold's first ever group! An absolute VISION of a panther chameleon, Tequila Gold is a real favorite around the Kammerflage HQ, not only because of his looks but also because of his charming and outgoing personality. When it comes to the "high yellow" look, he's kind of like...the dream! At least he is in my eyes! And to have been paired with the lovely Biby (AKA Bug) who just so happens to be a daughter of another yellow king?! Amazing. We are hopeful to see a lot of those qualities in the offspring but I am sure whatever they have in store for us, they are bound to be amazing! Cheers to the happy couple and this exciting new group!

UVB Lighting: Depending on cage size, we typically use T5 HO Reptisun 5.0 with a basking distance of 10 - 12 inches.

Temperatures: We provide a small, designated basking area under your heat bulb of approximately 88-92°F with cooler areas available throughout the enclosure. Ambient room temperature in the 70's is great!

Hydration: We recommend one longer morning misting session (5-10 minutes) approximately 30-60 minutes after lights come on, along with 2-3 shorter misting sessions spread throughout the day. Our goal is to provide multiple daily drinking opportunities + humidity spikes while allowing the enclosure to dry between mistings.

Feeding: Currently eating 1/4” crickets. Fed 6 days per week, approximately 10-15 insects per feeding. Crickets are dusted lightly with Repashy's Calcium Plus and gutloaded with Repashy's Bug Burger and fresh fruits and veggies.
